Qualifikationen

Your Role

• Advise clients on business process digitization in accounting (FI, CO, PS, PSM) using SAP solutions.
• Develop implementation-oriented technical and IT concepts for the financial sector.
• Take an active role in SAP implementation and transformation projects, with opportunities for (sub-)project management.
• Lead and manage (sub-)project teams, ensuring technical and project-related oversight.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting pre-sales activities, including preparing offers and presenting specialized topics.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues through projects, transferring knowledge and expertise.

What You Bring

• A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, including bookkeeping and cost accounting.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Motivation to take on responsibility in customer projects.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a proactive approach.
• A team player with a sense of entrepreneurial action.
• Willingness to travel for project-related tasks and fluency in both German and English.
