Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned transformation and program leader to drive multi-disciplinary initiatives within a FinTech context. You will coordinate strategy with Product, Engineering, Design and Analytics teams, establishing data-driven KPIs and OKRs to guide portfolio performance.

The role requires strong change management experience, excellent communication, and a strategic, collaborative mindset to enable informed investment decisions and improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or Engineering.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes and change management in a technology environment.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics and other cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
