You will own projects end-to-end, from concept to production, and collaborate with engineering, product and domain experts to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions.

The role focuses on building AI agents, deploying LLM-powered applications, and ensuring high performance, cost efficiency and robustness in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.

A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy intelligent AI systems that solve complex business problems.

You'll have significant ownership over projects from concept through to production, working closely with engineering, product and domain experts to build reliable, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications
• Develop reliable AI systems using modern frameworks and techniques
• Integrate AI solutions with existing software, APIs and cloud services
• Improve AI systems across performance, cost, scalability and reliability
• Own projects end-to-end from initial idea through to production
• Test, evaluate and continuously improve AI solutions
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to solve real-world problems

Ideal Background

• 5+ years' experience across software engineering and AI
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on AI experience
• Experience building and deploying applications using LLMs
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs and AI agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills and experience building production-quality software
• Experience working with REST APIs, cloud services and integrations
• Familiarity with AI testing, evaluation and quality processes
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Comfortable working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
• Able to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership
• Practical mindset with a focus on building and shipping
