Zusammenfassung

THRYVE is building production AI systems for enterprise-scale applications across agentic AI, enterprise search, voice AI, document processing and intelligent automation. You’ll work across machine learning, Python backend engineering and DevOps, taking ownership of complete solutions and collaborating with customers and colleagues to solve real business problems.

The role offers end-to-end ownership, production-ready delivery, and a strong engineering culture with flexible working options

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python programming skills with testing discipline.
• Fluent German language and good English proficiency.
• Experience with NLP and ML including transformers, embeddings and LLM integration.
• Experience deploying production AI/ML systems across backend and infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Work across machine learning, Python backend engineering and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own production AI/ML systems from development through deployment and operation.
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to solve real business problems.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture with testing and quality practices.
