Zusammenfassung

MAM Gruppe is seeking a Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack) to drive AI features across its SaaS portfolio. You will work across modern frontend and backend stacks, and collaborate with DevOps to ensure reliable cloud-native services.

You will own AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering, while aligning with product, UX, and architecture teams to deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of senior full-stack experience with a depth in one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python).
• Practical experience with React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Experience with LLM tooling and agentic coding approaches is a strong plus.

A leading European SaaS company is embedding AI and agentic technology across its product portfolio. As Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack), you'll work across frontend, backend, and DevOps to help drive this forward.

The role:

• Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across the SaaS portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps.

What you'll need:

• Several years of senior full-stack experience, with depth in one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end product ownership.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Practical experience with React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Experience with LLM tooling and agentic coding approaches is a strong plus.
• A track record of using AI effectively in software engineering, including designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.
• Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration skills.
