DeepRec.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to orchestrate AI agents and ship real-world AI solutions with clients in the room. You will join a fast-growing German AI consultancy focused on enterprise transformation and hands-on delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of production ML experience, strong Python/SQL, and familiarity with Azure, PostgreSQL, and end-to-end deployment. Travel to client sites ~50% of the time is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on ML in production, including model training, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with solid engineering foundations.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure).
• Comfort running multiple AI coding agents in parallel and building proper evals.
• Confident in communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• German from C1 for client communication.

A fast growing AI consultancy is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who wants to orchestrate AI agents rather than write every line by hand, and who's ready to sit with clients and ship real solutions in the room.

The company is Germany's leading AI consultancy, working since 2019 with corporates, Mittelstand businesses, scale ups, NGOs and the public sector to deliver genuine AI transformation, not slideware.

The role involves:

• Orchestrating AI agents to build what teams used to build by hand, faster and at greater scale
• Taking AI breakthrough projects from proof of concept through to production ready MVP
• Building data pipelines, running ML workflows, and developing and deploying web services on cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Supporting integration with client systems so that what's shipped holds up in the real world
• Working embedded within a squad, with short decision paths and real ownership
• Helping bring AI to the organizations that need it most

The ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of experience building scalable, production grade software
• Hands on ML in production, including model training, deployment and monitoring, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit learn
• Strong Python and SQL skills with solid engineering foundations
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure), secure web app setup, and PostgreSQL
• Comfort running multiple AI coding agents in parallel and building proper evals to let them work autonomously
• Confidence moving between boardroom and terminal, translating fluently between business and technology
• German from C1 for confident client communication
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to travel to client sites around 50% of the time
