Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Leitung des Produktions- und internen Serviceteams am Standort Berlin.

• Bearbeitung innerer und äußerer Eskalationen sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Aufbau und Steuerung eines eigenständigen operativen Teams; Gewährleistung der langfristigen Geschäftskontinuität.

Jobbeschreibung

• Provide strategic direction and lead the production and internal service teams at the Berlin location.
• Take direct and indirect personnel management responsibility.
• Act as a key operational interface to Sales Field Service, other locations, the Works Council (Betriebsrat), and corporate departments including IT, HR, Finance, Customer Service, PM, and Sales.
• Serve as the primary lead for internal and external escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, adapt, and implement global operational standards tailored to local conditions.
• Build and manage a dedicated operational team.
• Ensure long-term business continuity at the Berlin location.

Requirements

• A completed university or technical college degree (Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium) or a Master's certification (Meisterausbildung) paired with several years of professional experience in production or document management environments.
• Strong technical affinity.
• Practical experience in internal sales service (Vertriebsinnendienst).
• Proven expertise in personnel leadership, coaching, and developing and executing strategic business processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English and German.
• Initiative, assertiveness, high cost awareness, and strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
• Experience in production or document management environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Berlin.
