Energize Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for an SAP SD Team Lead in Germany, partnering with a global industrial technology leader. The role focuses on owning the global SAP Sales & Service landscape, delivering strategic leadership, and guiding S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects.

You will drive adoption and standardisation across international business units, advising stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Leadership responsibilities are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to the office.
• Fluent German.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for the global SAP Sales & Service team and lead the development of SAP processes.
• Drive and support global S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to increase SAP adoption, standardisation and process efficiency across international units.
• Act as a senior advisor to business stakeholders and management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to the SAP Cloud and BTP strategy.

Tasks

As the SAP SD Team Lead, you will take ownership of the global SAP Sales & Service landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for the global SAP Sales & Service team. Take overall responsibility for the development of SAP processes.
• Drive and support global S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to increase SAP adoption, standardisation and process efficiency across international business units.
• Act as a senior advisor to business stakeholders, specialist departments and management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to the company's growing SAP Cloud and BTP strategy.

Profile

• 5+ years of SAP SD experience
