Energize is seeking SAP Consultants to support clients with SAP implementations, customisation, and ongoing maintenance. You will work with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and actively participate in migrations and rollouts of S/4HANA and SAP Cloud.

The role requires strong SAP experience, proficiency in modules listed, and fluency in German. A flexible, remote-friendly setup with opportunities across Germany and the DACH region is offered,

Formación

• Experience as SAP Consultant or ABAP Developer.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, EWM, ABAP, Cloud, BTP, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, MDM & more.
• Fluent German language required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert guidance in SAP implementations, customisation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Lead migration and rollout of S/4HANA and SAP Cloud projects from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
• Mentor consultant teams and review solution designs to ensure high-quality project artefacts.

As part of their continued expansion in 2026, they are now seeking SAP Consultants with experience in any of the following modules - SAP SuccessFactors, HCM EWM, ABAP, Cloud, BTP, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, MDM & more.

Tasks

• As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems
• You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and ensure smooth system integration
• You will actively participate in the migration and roll out of S/4 HANA and SAP Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP Solutions
• Own project phases from blueprint through implementation to go-live and hypercare – including workshops, solution mapping, customisation, testing, rollout and support.
• Mentor and enable consultant teams, review solution designs, guide the delivery of high-quality proposals and project artefacts

Profile

• Professional experience as an SAP Consultant or ABAP Developer
• Good knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, EWM, ABAP, Cloud, BTP, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, MDM & more.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
• Languages - fluent German
