Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an SAP Basis Team Lead for a global industrial technology leader. You will provide leadership for SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscapes across international sites.

Requirements include 5+ years SAP Basis experience, fluency in German, willingness to travel, and readiness to engage in a 50% remote work arrangement. The role offers an excellent fixed salary package and a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global SAP Basis and technical consulting function across an international SAP organisation.
• Take ownership of the SAP Basis, interface, authorisation and technical architecture landscape.
• Define and develop the future SAP architecture and technology strategy.
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's S/4HANA environment.
• Drive the technical side of global SAP rollout and transformation projects.
• Play a key role in the organisation's growing SAP BTP and Cloud strategy.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to IT, specialist departments and management.

Tasks

As the SAP Basis Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership for the global SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape.

You will:

• Lead the global SAP Basis and technical consulting function across an international SAP organisation
