Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an SAP Basis Team Lead to provide technical leadership for the global SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape. You will steer the architecture, rollout, and ongoing S/4HANA optimisations within a large, international SAP organisation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SAP Basis, leadership experience, and fluent German. The role supports substantial remote work and a 40+ hour work week with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Leadership responsibilities are preferred.
• Willingness to travel to the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global SAP Basis and technical consulting function across an international SAP organisation
• Take ownership of the SAP Basis, interface, authorisation and technical architecture landscape
• Define and develop the future SAP architecture and technology strategy
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's S/4HANA environment
• Drive the technical side of global SAP rollout and transformation projects
• Play a key role in the organisation's growing SAP BTP and Cloud strategy
• Act as a senior technical advisor to IT, specialist departments and management

Tasks

As the SAP Basis Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership for the global SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape.

You will:
