Job summary

Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking a SAP Basis Team Lead to provide global technical leadership across the SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape. You will define the future SAP architecture and drive S/4HANA optimisations while supporting international rollout projects.

The role requires 5+ years SAP Basis experience, willingness to travel, and fluent German; hybrid, with substantial remote collaboration and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global SAP Basis and technical consulting function across an international SAP organisation.
• Take ownership of the SAP Basis, interface, authorisation and technical architecture landscape.
• Define and develop the future SAP architecture and technology strategy.
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's S/4HANA environment.
• Drive the technical side of global SAP rollout and transformation projects.
• Play a key role in the organisation's growing SAP BTP and Cloud strategy.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to IT, specialist departments and management.

Tasks

As the SAP Basis Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership for the global SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape.

You will:
