Excellent communication skills in English and German (B1 and above) are required. This is a fixed-term position for one year, requiring three days in the office each week.

We are seeking a fixed‑term SAP Project Manager (m / w / d) starting from 01.02.2026 for the duration of one year. This role is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP GTS projects, translating trade compliance requirements into robust solutions, and ensuring successful integration and adoption across the organization.

Job Description

• Lead SAP GTS projects from planning to go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and cross‑functional teams.
• Translate trade compliance requirements into SAP GTS solutions (SPL, Embargo, Customs Filing, Preference).
• Oversee integration with SAP ECC / S / 4HANA and external customs / broker systems.
• Drive SIT / UAT testing, cut‑over, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global compliance groups.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full‑cycle implementations.
• Experience in at least one SAP GTS project as Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of global trade processes and customs regulations.
• Experience managing SAP GTS / S / 4HANA trade compliance projects.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English Language Skills as well as German Language Skills (B1 and above).

Additional Information

The contract will be a fixed‑term contract for the duration of one year.

The SAP Project Manager is required to work three days in Gerlingen / Stuttgart.
