We are partnering with pioneering MedTech organisation developing innovative solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and advance surgical care. With a strong focus on clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration, the organisation is expanding and looking to strengthen its German sales team.

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Device Sales professionals for three roles covering Central Germany, East Germany and South Germany regions.

The role:

• Manage and grow your regional territory
• Develop new and existing hospital/customer relationships
• Present and demonstrate innovative medical devices
• Build relationships with physicians, KOLs and purchasing organisations
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
• 5+ years' Medical Device Sales experience
• Experience in Urology/Gastroenterology strongly preferred but not strict requirement
• Endoscopy/interventional experience advantageous
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Native or Bilingual/C2 German + good English
• Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
