Zusammenfassung

Auto1 Group, Europe’s leading digital automotive platform, is seeking a Sales Strategy Specialist to optimize budgeting, forecasts and incentive models. You will work with Sales, Finance and HR to drive data-driven decision making and improve the efficiency of the sales process.

You bring several years of analytical experience in Sales Strategy or Commercial Finance, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and strong SQL skills. Fluent English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years’ experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, incentive schemes and target models.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data and business models.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

• Manage Sales budgets, headcount, capacity and workforce costs.
• Lead forecasts, re-forecasts, scenarios and run-rate projections.
• Own and improve fair, transparent target and achievement models.
• Set data-driven targets and evaluate incentive effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and efficiencies, drive actions and collaborate with Sales, Finance and HR.
