A dynamic growing pharma company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop sales strategies for a new product in Ophthalmology. You will lead the sales team to achieve targets and coordinate the local launch process with the EU head office. Native German and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.
For our client, a dynamic growing, innovative Branded Pharma division we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager who will develop the sales strategy and planning for a new product in Ophthalmology.
You will lead the in‑field team by driving short term sales targets and long-term objectives. Territory mapping based on sales / data and reporting needs to be established to optimize the sales team’s performance.
You will lead the local launch (preparation) process for our new asset in close cooperation with the EU head office. Execution of local tactics & Congresses will also be part of your journey.
