In this role, you’ll focus on winning new clients and expanding our footprint in key industries. At the same time, you’ll manage and grow existing accounts (approx. 50% baseline business), ensuring long‑term success and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, FSI, Public, Logistic, Automotive and Pharma.
  • Build deep, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client challenges and position AI solutions that truly make a difference.
  • Manage and grow baseline business (approx. 50%) through upselling, cross‑selling, and strategic account development.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with consulting, marketing and tech teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Hit your sales targets and celebrate your wins with a team that’s got your back.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, emerging tech and what the competition is up to.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline status and forecasting.
Qualifications
  • ~ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT services or SaaS, ideally with experience in AI‑related solutions.
  • Proven track record growing revenue in new business development and account management by delivering IT solutions.
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft, UiPath, Google or OpenAI is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills at C‑Level.
  • Self‑starter with a winning mindset and a passion for growth.
