Job summary

Keystone Photonics GmbH in Karlsruhe seeks a technically adept sales or applications engineer to translate customer requirements into product configurations and manage opportunities through the CRM system. You will prepare quotations and coordinate input with sales, R&D and operations while supporting customers from pre-sales to invoicing.

The role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge photonics and opportunities to influence product roadmaps within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 2 years in Sales or Application Engineering in optics/photonics.
• Strong knowledge of optics/photonics; ability to interpret technical specs.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into product configurations.

• Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to order processing and invoicing
• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to relevant internal teams, including RnD, Application Engineering, and Operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
