Jos. Schneider Optische Werke GmbH sucht einen Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d) mit technischem Hintergrund für industrielle Optik- und Machine-Vision-Lösungen.

Sie akquirieren Neukunden, pflegen Bestandskundenbeziehungen, beraten bei der Auswahl von Produkten, erstellen Angebote und unterstützen Presentationsmaterialien. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Engineering-Team zusammen, analysieren Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten, identifizieren Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und tragen zur Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Optik, Physik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld industrieller Anwendungen oder Machine Vision.
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
• Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und business-fluent Deutsch; weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Akquise neuer Kunden und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.
• Technische Beratung und Unterstützung bei Auswahl und Anwendung unserer Produkte.
• Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen.
• Kommerzielle und technische Unterstützung kundenspezifischer Projekte.
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering-Team zur Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen.

This position is part of our Industrial Business Unit, which focuses on high-precision optical solutions for industrial applications. As part of the team, you will contribute to innovative projects that meet the demanding technical requirements of system integrators and machine builders worldwide.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed Sales Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who will support our growth and further develop our customer relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Technical consulting and support for customers in selecting and applying our products
• Preparation of quotations and presentations
• Commercial and technical support of customer-specific projects
• Market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Collaboration with the engineering team to develop customized solutions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in business, optics, physics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a technical environment within industrial applications or machine vision
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
• Very good English and business fluent German skills; additional languages are an advantage
