Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH in Krefeld sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Controller:in im Sales Controlling zur Analyse von Vertriebs- und Marktleistungen, Erstellung von Berichten und Entwicklung von Dashboards zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.

Sie bringen eine starke analytische Denkweise, Erfahrung mit Power BI/SAC und die Fähigkeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und mobiles Arbeiten gehören zum Angebot.

Qualifications

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales Controlling oder Performance Management.
• Stark analytisch, gutes Verständnis von Vertrieb, Preis und Marge.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Analytics-Tools und großen Datensätzen.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzthemen Stakeholdern verständlich zu erklären.
• Erfahrung in internationalem Umfeld vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Vertriebs- und Marktleistung regelmäßig analysieren und überwachen.
• Berichte erstellen und laufend verbessern.
• Treiber, Trends und Abweichungen in Umsatz, Preis und Marge identifizieren und Geschäftsfolgen ableiten.
• Aktuelle Handelsresultate und Margenentwicklung analysieren zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungen.
• Dashboards und Analysen mit Power BI, SAC und AfO erstellen und pflegen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationaler Finanzorganisation bei Planung, Forecasting, Szenarioanalysen.
• Komplexe Finanzdaten in klare Insights und Empfehlungen übersetzen.

• You analyze and monitor sales and market performance across multiple country entities on a regular basis.
• Based on recurring analyses, you prepare and continuously improve commercial and management reports.
• Key drivers, trends and deviations in sales, pricing and profitability are identified by you and clearly translated into business implications.
• You deeply analyze current trading results and margin development to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Dashboards and analytical reports are developed and maintained by you using MS Office applications including Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
• In close collaboration with our International finance organization, you support planning, forecasting and scenario analyses.
• You translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management and senior stakeholders.
