Fressnapf Deutschland sucht eine Führungskraft für das Global Category Management im Non-Food-Bereich. Sie steuern Strategie, Sortiment und Performance mit Fokus auf Kundennutzen und Profitabilität.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Brand Management, Produktentwicklung, Supply Chain und internationalen Märkten zusammen. Sie führen ein internationales Category Management-Team und fördern eine Kultur der Verantwortung, Transparenz und Innovation.

Formación

• Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft/ Handel/ Marketing oder vergleichbar.
• 8–10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Category Management/ Buying.
• Nachweis von Führungs- und Mitarbeitendenentwicklung.
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft.

• Leite weltweit die strategische und kommerzielle Entwicklung des Non-Food-Kategorieportfolios.
• Definiere und setze globale Kategorienstrategie basierend auf Kundennachfrage und Markttrends um.
• Treibe Innovation, Sortimentsoptimierung und kommerzielle Performance mit Fokussierung auf Relevanz.
• Gewährleiste End-to-End-Exzellenz über Category Management, Brand Management, Produktentwicklung, Supply Chain und Märkte.
• Aufbau und Führung eines leistungsstarken Global Category Management-Teams.

• Lead the global strategic and commercial development of the Non-Food category portfolio, with responsibility for growth, profitability and competitive positioning
• Define and execute the global category strategy, translating customer needs, market trends and business performance into clear assortment and portfolio priorities
• Drive innovation, assortment optimization and commercial performance, with a strong focus on customer relevance, SKU productivity and Exclusive Brand development
• Ensure strong end-to-end execution across Category Management, Brand Management, Product Development, Asia, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Management and local markets
• Build and lead a high-performing Global Category Management team with clear ownership, strong ways of working and a culture of accountability

Das bringst du mit

• University degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Category Management, Buying or Commercial Management, ideally in retail or consumer goods
• Several years of leadership experience and a proven ability to lead and develop senior professionals
• Strong strategic, commercial and analytical capabilities, combined with a hands-on execution mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment
• Very good English and German skills; additional European languages are an advantage
