Zusammenfassung

Fressnapf Deutschland sucht im Controlling-Team am Standort Krefeld eine qualifizierte Fachkraft im Sales Controlling. Du analysierst Verkaufszahlen, überwachst Marktleistungen und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte mit Power BI, SAC und AfO.

Deine Arbeit unterstützt Preis- und Margenentscheidungen auf internationaler Ebene. Du bringst Erfahrungen im Sales Controlling mit, arbeitest analytisch, kommunizierst verständlich mit Stakeholdern und gehst strukturiert vor.

Qualifikationen

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales Controlling, Business Controlling oder Performance Management.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit Verständnis für Verkauf, Preisbildung und Margen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse-Tools und großen Datensätzen.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Detailgenauigkeit.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzthemen Stakeholdern verständlich zu erklären.
• Internationale oder multiländere Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Analysieren und überwachen Verkaufs- und Marktperformance über Ländergrenzen hinweg.
• Vorbereiten und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Commercial- und Management-Reports.
• Wichtige Treiber, Trends und Abweichungen in Sales, Pricing und Profitability identifizieren.
• Fundierte Trading-Resultate und Margenentwicklung zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungen prüfen.
• Dashboards und Berichte mit MS Office, Power BI, SAC und AfO erstellen und pflegen.
• In Zusammenarbeit mit International Finance Planung, Forecasting und Szenarioanalysen unterstützen.
• Komplexe Finanzdaten in klare Erkenntnisse und Empfehlungen für das Management übersetzen.

• You analyze and monitor sales and market performance across multiple country entities on a regular basis.
• Based on recurring analyses, you prepare and continuously improve commercial and management reports.
• Key drivers, trends and deviations in sales, pricing and profitability are identified by you and clearly translated into business implications.
• You deeply analyze current trading results and margin development to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Dashboards and analytical reports are developed and maintained by you using MS Office applications including Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
• In close collaboration with our International finance organization, you support planning, forecasting and scenario analyses.
• You translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management and senior stakeholders.
