Job Title: Sales Assistant (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location: (Düsseldorf, Germany)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support sales management with project management, sales pipeline/progress tracking, meeting coordination, and employee training organization.
• Manage subscription data and sales forecasts, identify risks to targeted project achievement, and drive corrective action.
• Lead and track key projects, including risk identification, issue follow-up, and closure.
• Work with IT to develop and maintain digital dashboards to improve business data analysis efficiency.
• Oversee internal process controls and ensure compliance.
• Support PO authenticity checking.

Requirements:

• Education background in bachelor's degree and above.
• Solid understanding of sales and business management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong numerical sensitivity, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and fast learning ability.
• Experience in project management, sales management, data analysis/decision support, or KPI management.
• Experience in process management.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered as an advantage.
