  • Culture & Inspiration:Create an inspirational, growth-enabling environment that fosters a positive, high-performance culture across the region.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership:Partner with other departments to maintain the highest operational standards through a structured, methodical, and solution-oriented approach, e.g., close collaboration with the Marketing team to define tailored network marketing plans.

  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management:Build strong, trust-based relationships across boutiques and corporate functions, navigating stakeholder dynamics effectively and aligning diverse parties around common priorities.

  • Conflict Resolution & Change Leadership:Address tensions, performance issues, and cross-functional challenges with sound judgment, diplomacy, and solution-oriented leadership, ensuring constructive outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Your profile:

  • A strategic and commercially driven leader with a strong command of retail KPIs and the ability to combine vision with execution.

  • Proven ability to lead through clear objectives, strong accountability, and a consistent focus on results.

  • Strong relationship builder, able to influence effectively and collaborate across functions, cultures, and levels of seniority.

  • Demonstrated commitment to developing people, coaching leaders, and building long-term capability.

  • Confident in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts with maturity, clarity, and diplomacy.
