Your area of responsibility:

In light of current transformations, organizations and their workforces are dependent on continuous development. In our research and teaching, we focus on how such learning and transformation processes can be designed as effectively as possible.

What to expect:

  • Scientific collaboration on research projects, publications, lectures, and project proposals
  • Qualification possible and desirable (doctorate or habilitation)
  • Teaching (in accordance with HLehrVO) in the field of business education/human resources development, including supervision of student theses and internships
  • Participation in international research conferences and networking
  • Involvement in academic self-administration
