POSTE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Release Manager to join our Facility Management team, with a dual focus on IT infrastructure and application environment management. The role will also involve close collaboration with the Application Management department to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of applications within complex virtualized environments.

This position is ideal for someone with strong Linux expertise, hands-on experience in release management processes, and a proactive mindset toward automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Release Management : Coordinate application release phases, including documentation (release notes, installation guides), deployment activities, and post-go-live support in collaboration with technical teams at the parent company.
• Impact Assessment : Evaluate the influence of new applications or software versions on existing Legal Reporting solutions.
• Quality Assurance Oversight : Collaborate with the testing team to supervise QA phases, using tools such as HP ALM.
• Job Scheduling & Task Automation : Manage and configure scheduled jobs. Perform manual tasks required for reporting processes, with a long-term goal of full automation.
• Server Administration (Basic Level) : Support virtual server environments (Windows Server 2019 / 2022 and Linux distributions such as RHEL and Ubuntu). Handle authentication protocols including LDAP and SAML.
• Patching & Vulnerability Management : Support patching and software upgrades for application teams. Oversee OS updates in line with vulnerability management procedures.
• Database Operations : Execute scripts and support routine database operations using MS SQL and Oracle.
• Monitoring & Incident Management : Monitor infrastructure health and manage incidents to maintain service continuity.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and recovery strategies.

PROFIL

Experience Required

• Proven background in application release management, ideally within banking or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong operational knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with job configuration and scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
• A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages is required : Italian, French, English.
