We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail focussed Governance Coordinator to join our Governance Team on a permanent basis. Based at Gadbrook Point, Northwich, this full-time position (37 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the Trust's governance framework.
Working closely with the Governance Manager and Governance & Assurance Officer, the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and governance support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and meeting papers, managing the Board portal, attending meetings, producing minutes and action logs, and tracking actions to ensure timely completion. This support will extend across the Board, Chief Executive, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Governance Team.
The role is integral to ensuring governance activities are well organised and effectively planned, information is accurate and managed effectively to ensure key corporate processes run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role, ideally within a corporate, governance or regulated environment. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach, who can contribute to the delivery of an effective and professional governance service across the Trust.
