Main Responsibilities :

1. Installation / Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation / commissioning training to customers / installers, ensure all Huawei equipment is installed safely, reliably, and properly.
2. Troubleshooting malfunctioned equipment: Locate faults via remote support or on-site service, instruct customers / maintenance personnel to recover faulty equipment.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance such as testing solar system performance, checking historical alarms, verifying cable connection reliability, and exporting inverter logs.
4. Service Strategy: Collect customer service requirements, analyze service strategies in the inverter industry, and support the implementation of service strategies in specific countries.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least two years of experience in PV or energy storage business.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles, electronics, and AC/DC power distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits.
• Understanding of the after-sales service process.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, resilience, professionalism, hard-working, strong execution, and good learning ability.
