Qualifikationen

Your responsibilities
  • In collaboration with our internal teams and international suppliers you handle the processing of returns and incoming dealer complaints.
  • One of your regular tasks is the independent creation of analyses statistics and reports.
  • You support our buyers in their daily activities by adding new products to the portfolio creating sales programs and maintaining current purchasing and sales prices.
  • Together with our international suppliers you resolve and clarify delivery discrepancies.
  • Systematic monitoring and tracking of agreed delivery dates in cooperation with our buyers and suppliers.
  • Additionally you prepare and follow-up meetings and conferences and also take part in those.
You bring along
  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training program and ideally have gained first experience in purchasing.
  • Thorough technical understanding and knowledge of motorcycle accessories and spare parts is an advantage.
  • This position requires good knowledge of the most common MS Office programs (especially Excel). Experience in handling an ERP system is desirable.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English any other language is beneficial.
  • Besides you are open-minded and communicative and able to work independently.
