SHW Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH in Aalen-Wasseralfingen seeks a dedicated full-time Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) to support purchasing and logistics operations. You will handle supplier quotes, place orders, and track deliveries, while maintaining ERP records and coordinating with customs authorities.

The role requires prior purchasing experience, ERP proficiency (Infor preferred), and strong English communication. A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in a relevant administration field (Industrial Business Administrator or equivalent).
• Experience in purchasing and procurement is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an ERP system (preferably Infor).
• Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
• Independent, team-oriented, and proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing-side processing of domestic and international orders.
• Management and maintenance of product and customer databases in an ERP system.
• Request quotes from suppliers, place orders, and track delivery dates.
• Payment approval after reviewing incoming invoices.
• Export and import processing of shipments via customs applications.
• Handling inquiries from the main customs office and coordinating with customs authorities.

For our location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time (40 hours) purchasing clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
