Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Logistik, Entwicklung und Qualität zusammen und treiben Preis-, Vertrags- und Lieferantenprozesse voran. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mehrjährige Einkaufserfahrung und ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS Dynamics oder Sage) mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ideal Industriekaufmann/-frau.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf und technischer Beschaffung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP, MS Dynamics oder Sage).

Responsibilities

• Operativer Einkauf technischer Teile, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen.
• Lieferantenmanagement national und international, Verhandlungen inkl. Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen.
• Sicherstellung rechtzeitiger Materialversorgung für Produktion und Projekte.
• Materialplanung und Bestandsführung unter Kosten-/Verfügbarkeitszielen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Entwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement.

To strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for a committed

Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) – Purchasing & Technical Procurement

• Operational procurement of technical parts, components and services
• Selection, management and development of national and international suppliers
• Carrying out tender comparisons as well as price and contract negotiations
• Ensuring the timely supply of materials for production and projects
• Material planning and stock management, taking into account cost and availability targets
• Close collaboration with the Production, Logistics, Design and Quality Management departments
• Handling of complaints and monitoring of delivery dates
• Analysing and optimising existing procurement processes
• Maintaining and analysing relevant purchasing data in ERP systems

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in operational purchasing and technical procurement
• In-depth knowledge of supplier management as well as price and contract negotiations
• Confidence in working with technical drawings and parts lists
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage)
• Strong technical understanding and a keen aptitude for numbers
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills and a knack for negotiation
