Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
• Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
• Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients' tenders for RFI and RFQ
• Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
• Prepare and submitHarmony budgets quotations/tenders
• Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
• Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding
• Some years' experience in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift operations
• Deep knowledge about relevant stakeholders alongthe supply chain (clients and suppliers), as well as advanced knowledge of international logistics dynamics
• A team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentality
• Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural伯)
• Able to communicate in English and German, both written and verbal
• The willingness to travel on national and international business trips
