Job summary

AUTO1 Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to co-lead strategic initiatives across Europe, partnering with cross-divisional stakeholders and our VP Remarketing Europe. The role focuses on improving platform performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and German, and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Google Sheets literacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start-up or management consulting.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute business initiatives to ensure growth of AUTO1.com.
• Gain deep insights into optimizing processes and scaling the business with management.
• Lead cross-functional projects at a European level across sales, marketing, product and analytics teams.
• Write and review business cases, perform research and drive projects from design to release.
• Drive European-level performance management initiatives for continuous growth.
• Contribute as a generalist on multiple projects and define growth initiatives.

In our B2B Business & Remarketing unit we are revolutionizing car sales for B2B customers and offering car traders, dealers and corporates, the fastest and most effective way to digitally market vehicles across Europe. As Senior Project Manager you are co-leading projects and identifying new opportunities regarding the overall strategy of AUTO1.com across Europe in order to advance our platform performance and our growth even further. Be part of a small, international team and work with cross-divisional stakeholders and our VP Remarketing Europe.

• Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of AUTO1.com
• Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team
• Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics
• Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
• Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth
• Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years full-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start-up or management consulting firm
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
