ONNEC Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Hyperscale and Data Centre projects across the UK and EMEA. You will act as the main client interface, owning project governance, finances and stakeholder management from design through handover.

The role requires a confident, client-facing professional with proven track record in structured cabling and critical infrastructure projects, including safety and quality compliance.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Hyperscale and Data Centre projects across the UK and EMEA.

Acting as the primary client interface, you will take ownership of project delivery from design development through to implementation, handover and close-out, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction whilst maintaining commercial performance and operational excellence.

This role requires a confident client-facing professional with strong project governance, financial management and stakeholder management capabilities, alongside proven experience delivering structured cabling and data centre infrastructure projects.

Primary Location: Frankfurt, Germany - with travel required to customer sites outside of this region & country.

What you’ll be doing as our Project Manager:

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple Hyperscale and Data Centre projects across the EMEA region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational, commercial and project delivery matters.
• Take ownership of project P&L, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Produce monthly client and internal project reports.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and supply chain activities.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Oversee project documentation, handover packs and warranty management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and Health & Safety requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance and escalation support to Site Managers, Supervisors and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience across all project activities.

What we’re looking for in our Project Manager:

Essential

• Relevant Project Management experience within structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure or data centre environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Centre or Hyperscale projects.
• Strong project planning and project lifecycle management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing project finances and reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, resources and suppliers across complex projects.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to produce and deliver professional client presentations.
• Experience working with subcontractors and third-party suppliers.
• CSCS accreditation or equivalent industry certification.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and EMEA as required.

Desirable

• Experience delivering Physical Security, LAN, Wi-Fi or Network Infrastructure projects.
• Prince2 qualification.
• BICSI certification.
• Experience producing operational and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Previous experience working in a Hyperscale Data Centre environment.
