Zusammenfassung

The Client-Side Project Manager role is a long-term opportunity (freelance or permanent) supporting a major hyperscale data centre programme in the Cologne region. You will act as the client's representative, oversee construction delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful execution from programme through to commercial aspects.

Working with contractors, consultants and specialist teams, you will drive performance while protecting the client's interests across the construction lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Strong project management background in mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading General Contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of project controls, contracts and delivery.
• Willingness to be site-based in the Cologne region.
• Experience on mission-critical or pharmaceutical projects is a plus.

We are supporting a leading project delivery consultancy on the search for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre programme in the Cologne region.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale campus development expected to exceed 200MW across multiple phases.

The Role

Acting as the client's representative, you will be responsible for overseeing construction delivery, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of the project from a programme, schedule, quality and commercial perspective.

Working closely with contractors, consultants and specialist teams, you will be responsible for driving project performance while protecting the client's interests throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
