Mane Contract Services is recruiting a Project Operations Manager for a major international data centre project in Frankfurt. You will lead site operations, coordinate CSA, MEP and enabling works, and drive planning, logistics and resource management on a complex multidisciplinary site.

The role requires 10+ years of large-scale construction leadership, solid GC experience, and strong HSE, quality and commercial awareness to deliver Right First-Time results on high-profile infrastructure.

Are you an experienced Project Operations Manager with a strong main contractor / general contractor background and a proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects?

We’re recruiting for a senior site leadership position on a major international data centre project in Frankfurt, with overall responsibility for coordinating construction operations across a complex, multidisciplinary site.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of:

• Overall site construction operations and delivery
• Multidisciplinary coordination across CSA, MEP and enabling works
• Site planning, logistics, mobilisation and resource management
• Construction sequencing and target programme development

• Good understanding of MEP interfaces

• Excellent H&S, quality and commercial awareness
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable
