Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Frankfurt is seeking an MEP (Electrical bias) Project Manager to lead a complex infrastructure upgrade in a live data centre environment, ensuring the programme stays on schedule and risks are managed.

You will build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors, oversee critical upgrades, and coordinate phased delivery across hyperscale and colocation suites with meticulous attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive PM experience in data centres (live environments).
• Experience managing contractors and electrical systems in data centres.
• Knowledge of German regulations and working in Germany; fluent English and German.
• Strong safety, engineering ops and stakeholder management in critical environments.

• Lead and deliver a complex infrastructure upgrade programme in a live data centre environment, ensuring work stays on schedule and risks are managed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee critical upgrades (e.g. busbars, PDUs, load testing) with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Coordinate phased delivery across hyperscale and colocation suites, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

What you'll need:

• Extensive project management/lead experience, including experience in data centres (live operational environments).
• Experience managing contractors and working with electrical systems in data centre white space.
• Knowledge of German regulations and experience working in Germany; fluent English and intermediate/advanced German.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, engineering operations, and stakeholder management in business-critical environments.
