Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Cogito analytics initiatives in Germany. You will lead Epic Cogito projects, align with business leaders, and drive dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analytics solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and iterative delivery within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely updates to the Director of Data Analytics and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and delivering Epic Cogito projects from initiation to completion.

• Review active workstreams, new ticket submissions, and project priorities.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and bi-weekly status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, and resource needs.
• Meet with BI developers, analysts, and leaders to gather updates and validate timelines.
• Clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and address delivery barriers.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and the technical team.
• Lead scoping discussions for reports, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Refine scope, resolve ambiguities, and develop actionable plans.
• Maintain and improve Agile processes.
• Review requests for business context, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Monitor sprint progress, ticket volume, workload, throughput, and health.
• Manage intake, data governance, and project management for Cogito analytics team.
• Promote self-service tools and improvements to requirements gathering.
• Lead Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Gather requirements and manage development, implementation, and optimization of Epic Cogito tools.
• Scope builds for dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analytics solutions.
• Provide weekly updates to the Director of Data Analytics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience leading and successfully implementing Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Demonstrated experience utilizing and improving Agile methodologies and processes within Cogito or analytics project teams
• Experience coordinating project teams, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and managing stakeholder input and action items
• Experience managing reporting and analytics projects, including requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization
• Experience developing and supporting dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions
• Knowledge of the Analytics Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Epic's Cogito reporting solutions, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, and security
• Maintaining required Epic certifications for Cogito and Cogito Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Cogito Certification preferred
• Cogito Project Manager certification preferred
