Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Scrum Master and delivery lead to scale Agile solution development across multiple teams. You will champion Scrum practices, mentor teams, and drive value through iterative delivery.

You will partner with Product and Data teams, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and remove impediments while shaping enterprise solutions and architecture. The role requires 15+ years plus Bachelor's, strong leadership, Azure DevOps experience, and the ability to navigate high-visibility

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in software engineering, project management, data execution and analytics delivery.
• At least 3 years practicing agile scrum master.
• At least 5 years delivering data/information management and analytics solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives with architecture and business-facing solutions.
• 2+ years with Azure DevOps preferred.

• Manage agile solution development and delivery, moving development staff toward structured, agile, iterative, and rapid value delivery
• Foster an agile solution delivery mindset and train the broader organization on agile methodologies
• Guide Scrum teams and the organization in generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities
• Promote prioritization, team readiness, and sprint commitment
• Use empirical data to assess Scrum maturity, optimize team velocity, and identify improvement opportunities
• Address systemic impediments to team agility and guide escalation methods
• Partner with Product teams on continuous backlog refinement
• Plan and execute data and information engineering projects through agile implementation
• Liaise with Business and Technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and delivery leads as organizational needs grow
• Partner across Data Architecture, Software Engineering, Business Information Management, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver enterprise solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, data execution and delivery, software engineering, and analytics engineering solutions, especially managing high-visibility, ambiguity, and complexity projects
• Minimum of three (3) years of practicing agile scrum master experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in solution delivery leadership, especially information management and data engineering solution delivery, analytics delivery (Kanban), and delivery of solutions designed to simplify operational workflows
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large-scale initiatives focused on strategic business objectives through application and data architecture and business-facing solutions
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps strongly preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience mentoring and developing Scrum team members strongly preferred
• Proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form, required prior to employment
