Jobtailor seeks a Senior Data Analytics professional to own healthcare analyses from ambiguous questions to delivered answers. You will define cohorts, develop SQL-based analyses, and deliver actionable insights to clients and leadership.

You will collaborate with sales, strategy, and ad operations as the healthcare data SME, building reusable codesets and templates while guiding peers and advancing analytical rigor.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with end-to-end ownership from question to delivered answer.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data types including medical and pharmacy claims, diagnosis and procedure coding.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for nontechnical audiences.

• Own healthcare analyses end to end, from ambiguous requests through cohort definition, SQL development, QA, and actionable delivery
• Partner with sales, client strategy, and ad operations as the healthcare data subject matter expert
• Build and govern reusable condition and treatment codesets, cohort and metric definitions, notebook templates, and documentation
• Design patient and healthcare provider audience segments from real-world data
• Create client-ready market landscape, competitive and switching dynamics, payer access, patient journey, and audience recommendation deliverables
• Present analyses to internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Measure and report campaign and community engagement performance
• Apply AI and generative AI tooling to accelerate analysis and reporting
• Identify new methodologies, data sources, and analytical opportunities
• Mentor team members and help establish analytical rigor

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including independently owning projects from question to delivered answer
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, diagnosis and procedure coding, NDC and treatment data, and the healthcare industry
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Ability to turn loosely specified requests into defined, defensible analyses and explain data limitations
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for nontechnical and senior audiences
• Experience mentoring or reviewing analytical work
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare marketing work
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, notebooks, and Git for reproducible analysis
• Curiosity and passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
