Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide Agile/Scrum initiatives, coordinate client-focused projects, and drive observability deployments across Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and related tools.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risk while leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-visibility outcomes and measurable service improvements. Excellent stakeholder communication and governance experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Observability implementation project experience with Dynatrace, Tanium, LogicMonitor, Cribl, Splunk, and/or Grafana.
• Ability to independently manage medium- to high-risk, high-complexity, high-client-visibility projects.
• Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and project management best practices.
• Understanding IT project methodologies and lifecycles, including conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, and waterfall phases.
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with data center infrastructure.
• Advanced project management software skills; ability to manage budgets and timelines.

• Guide project teams and client organizations in Agile/Scrum practices and values

• Remove impediments and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Support internal and external communication and improve transparency
• Educate the Product Sponsor on grooming and maintaining the product backlog

• Analyze resource utilization and future resource allocation needs
• Identify and develop additional services revenue opportunities

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Ensure service delivery success and client satisfaction
• Manage project initiation, contractual obligations, client needs, and required contacts
• Develop and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify resources and assign project roles
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals
• Assign and monitor project team work and provide technical and analytical direction
• Interface with clients on technical matters
• Manage project risks, issues, and progress against deadlines, scope, and quality
• Assist with problem resolution and risk mitigation
• Manage vendor/subcontractor task integration and deliverables
• Conduct project closure, handover, and post-implementation reviews
• Identify and implement project management process improvements
• Maintain updated project information in AHEAD systems, including Salesforce and FinancialForce
