Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/IT/informatics
• Advanced understanding of the Epic system across multiple modules
• Epic Certification in one or more relevant applications (EpicCare Ambulatory) is required

• Provide innovative ideas to improve system efficiency and user experience
• Provide regular feedback to Epic on potential system improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery
• 5+ years of Epic experience, with a deep understanding of Epic system configurations, workflows, and best practices
• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields or equivalent experience
• Advanced understanding of the Epic system and deep technical knowledge across multiple Epic modules
• Required Epic certification in one or more relevant applications completed and maintained: EpicCare Ambulatory
• Ability to take initiative and lead smaller project teams and development initiatives without supervision
• Strong project management skills, including progress reporting, risk management and time tracking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing tasks and team leadership
• Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace, including scheduling adjustments, workflows, policies, or processes
• Ability to maintain agility and flexibility to changing business needs
