Zusammenfassung

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to coordinate marketing work with internal teams and external agencies on a three-month, direct W2 contract. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering projects on time and to specification across concurrent launches.

You will build workback schedules, trackers, and timelines; document feedback; manage day-to-day logistics; and align stakeholders on deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing external agency vendors and multiple concurrent launches.
• Experience creating workback schedules, project trackers, and timelines.
• Proficiency with project management, collaboration, task-management, case-management, or Google Workspace tools.
• Strong meeting facilitation, written status reporting, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication skills with the ability to drive follow-through and accountability.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and developer teams.
• Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content, budget tracking, SOWs, vendor/PO management, localization, international launches, or AI project-management tools is preferred.
• Must be available for a three-month full-time contract as a direct W2 worker; sponsorship is not available.
