Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive web and digital projects in a fast-paced marketing environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery using Asana, Jira, and Confluence.

Remote-friendly role with strong collaboration across marketing stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in web project delivery, AGILE experience, and excellent communication and risk management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects in marketing, web production, marketing technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Asana, including backlog management support, sprint setup, and cross-platform task tracking.
• Experience working within AGILE methodology.
• Working knowledge of AI tools that aid in project management, such as scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and provide solutions.
• Positive attitude and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work in a remote, independent environment.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with content management systems, design tools such as Figma, and user acceptance testing tools such as Usersnap and Proofpoint.
