The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who enjoys bringing order to complex work and wants to help shape how a growing agency operates. You will own coordination across Digital, Creative and SEO, making sure projects have clear owners, the right inputs and realistic deadlines, then following them through review and completion.
Working directly with our COO, you will turn your ideas into better workflows, stronger quality checks and more reliable delivery. You will use your knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads to spot missing steps and provide hands-on backup for specialists. You will initially own workflows, with an opportunity to manage people as the team grows.
About Agency Eleven
Agency Eleven combines AI, automation, first‑party data, creative and digital marketing to help businesses generate leads, increase revenue and make better marketing decisions. Our services include Elevate Ads, Elevate SEO and Elevate Intel, alongside organic social and creative support. We serve automotive, home services, real estate and other service businesses, with a focus on strong client relationships and accountable execution.
What you will own
- Manage requests, priorities, assignments, dependencies and deadlines across Digital, Creative and SEO. Keep Monday.com accurate and make workload or capacity problems visible early.
- Coordinate new-client onboarding and launches, including access requests, asset collection, setup checklists, tracking verification and delivery milestones with the responsible specialists.
- Run the workflow for monthly offers and campaigns, from collecting inputs through creative, client approval, required compliance review, publishing and media handoff.
- Ensure deliverables receive the right reviews before release. Check names, locations, offers, dates, links and other details, and route technical issues to the appropriate specialist.
- Provide practical backup for SEO and paid media tasks within your experience and approved procedures, such as content publishing, reporting checks and routine campaign updates.
- Maintain SOPs, checklists and completion records. Coordinate fixes and verify closure so work does not stall between departments.
- Organize internal status updates, surface blockers with proposed next steps and keep account owners informed of timing and delivery risks.
- Improve repeatable workflows and appropriate automations, and help onboard or train future team members.
What you bring
- Required: digital marketing agency experience coordinating multiple clients, projects and delivery teams.
- Required: practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google Ads and Meta Ads, sufficient to understand workflows, identify common issues and provide routine backup support.
- Strong project management skills, with a record of organizing competing deadlines, resolving dependencies and holding work to agreed standards.
- Experience with Monday.com or a comparable work management platform, along with Google Workspace and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the judgment to know when to act, when to ask a specialist and when to elevate a risk.
- Clear written communication, reliable follow-through and the ability to work independently while maintaining visibility for the team.
- Comfort documenting processes and using AI or automation tools while checking accuracy and protecting client information.
Experience we especially value
- Automotive marketing or dealership experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with campaign launches, creative approval workflows, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile or Looker Studio is helpful.
- Experience improving agency SOPs, configuring Monday.com workflows or training colleagues is a plus.
How compensation works
Performance bonuses reward defined operational results, including on-time delivery, quality assurance, onboarding accuracy and workflow improvements, with quarterly payouts under the bonus plan. Performance bonuses are not guaranteed.
Benefits and working environment
- Fully remote work with Monday through Friday availability during normal business hours, primarily aligned with Eastern Time. We value ownership, reliable communication and follow-through.
- Employee insurance benefits are planned to begin Dec 1, 2026, with 100% employer-paid employee premiums for medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability. Dependent coverage is employee-paid; short-term disability is a voluntary, employee-paid option. Coverage is subject to plan eligibility and effective dates.
- Paid time off, sick time and paid company holidays under company policy. A 401(k) plan is targeted for Q1 2027; plan details will be shared when finalized.
- Company-provided computer and access to AI, automation and marketing tools, with room to suggest better ways of working and help build the company.
