Zusammenfassung

RemoteLeads is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to own UX vendor engagements from intake to invoicing. You will coordinate researchers, vendors, contract teams, approvers, and leadership to keep actions and deadlines aligned.

You will drive progress across multiple engagements, monitor risks, and provide clear written updates. The role emphasizes KPI tracking, process improvements, and governance for procurement policies.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project or program management, procurement, vendor management, or operations, with end-to-end workstream ownership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or cases across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of active projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience providing regular written status updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and scale project-management workflows while maintaining quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management.
• Independent judgment and effective decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing high volumes of concurrent work.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Project or program management training or certification such as PMP or CAPM preferred; procurement, contracting, vendor management, workflow-system, or UX research operations experience also preferred.
