What you'll do

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. You will work in our Berlin office with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from A to Z, and help scale a wide range of events to all our DACH markets. You will own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose changes to operational processes; drive high customer satisfaction; ensure high-quality experiences are delivered
  • Work as part of a team, pitching and closing events for big partners (Big Entertainment companies)
  • Full ownership over the events/projects you are assigned to: from venue scouting, negotiations, stakeholder management to final execution
  • Collaborate with Fever marketing to maximize ticket sales and coverage
  • Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events
  • P&L ownership
  • Help scale our other cities by developing and sharing best practices (opportunity for travel across DACH)
  • Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network: venues and event organizers
  • Communicate product and process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering to deliver
  • Represent Fever at local events and with local PR
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background
  • Native German and fluent English
  • Experience in event management/planning is a plus
  • Solution-focused with the ability to identify problems and create resolutions
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Great networking skills and the ability to form smart partnerships
  • Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts
  • Strategic thinking when faced with an events partnership brief or with proprietary data on what works
  • Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
  • Strong academic background is a plus

Our hiring process
  • A 30 min video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to understand your career plan and assess cultural fit
  • A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics and written understanding
  • A 30 min video call with your future manager to discuss details of the position/team/company
  • A 45 min business case presentation with your future manager and a senior team member (to be prepared in advance)
