Job summary

Uneek Global Limited in Germany seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and electrical projects across Europe. You will own planning, coordination of clients, sites, and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will manage programs, budgets, and safety compliance while maintaining strong client relationships. Travel across Europe is required; BIM and AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or electrical projects.
• Track record delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong planning, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read technical drawings and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management.
• Awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple construction and electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets and resources.
• Main client and stakeholder liaison.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across sites.
• Manage costs, procurement, variations and risks.
• Review drawings (BIM/AutoCAD) and ensure standards.
• Monitor progress and report on programme, finances and risks.
• Lead project teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee handover and close-out documentation.

Project Manager (Construction / Electrical)- Germany - €100,00

A growing specialist contractor delivering lightning protection, earthing and surge protection systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery across Europe.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong construction or electrical background to take ownership of complex, high-value projects, managing client relationships, site teams and commercial performance.

The Role

You will manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure delivery is safe, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple construction and electrical projects from planning through to completion
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resource plans
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones
• Drive Health & Safety compliance and maintain high standards across all sites
• Manage project costs, procurement, variations and commercial risks
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure works meet project requirements (BIM and AutoCad)
• Monitor progress and provide clear reporting on programme, financial performance and delivery risks
• Lead and support project teams, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
  
• Oversee project handover and close‑out documentation

Requirements

• Proven project management experience within construction or the electrical industry
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control and subcontractor management
• Confidence interpreting technical drawings, specifications and industry standards
• Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship skills
• Sound knowledge of construction and electrical Health & Safety requirements
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe
