Kenton Black Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical package on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. You will work closely with the client, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance across the electrical scope.

The role requires strong experience in data centres or mission-critical environments, management of electrical subcontractors, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced international project

Responsabilités

• Managing the delivery of electrical works across a major data centre project.
• Leading and coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, resources and key delivery milestones.
• Working closely with construction managers, engineers, commissioning teams and the wider project management team.
• Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, submissions and design information.
• Coordinating with client, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress against programme and driving milestones.
• Managing procurement, materials, labour and subcontractor requirements.
• Ensuring electrical works meet quality and technical standards.
• Overseeing health & safety, quality and compliance throughout the project.
• Identifying and resolving technical, programme and delivery issues.
• Supporting testing, commissioning and handover through to project completion.

Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

The business has a strong reputation within the European data centre market and is currently involved in the delivery of multiple large-scale projects in Germany, including several significant developments across the Frankfurt region.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical package on a major data centre project, working closely with the wider project team, client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of electrical works across a major data centre project.
• Leading and coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, resources and key delivery milestones.
• Working closely with Construction Managers, Engineers, Commissioning teams and the wider project management team.
• Reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information.
• Coordinating with the client, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress against programme and driving key milestones.
• Managing procurement, materials, labour and subcontractor requirements.
• Ensuring electrical works are delivered to the required quality and technical standards.
• Managing health & safety, quality and compliance throughout the project.
• Identifying and resolving technical, programme and delivery issues.
• Supporting testing, commissioning and handover through to project completion.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager with:

• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong experience within data centres / mission critical environments.
• Alternatively, experience across other complex sectors such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and project delivery.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and project teams.
• A strong understanding of project programmes, commercial management and delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced international project environment.
• Previous European or international project experience would be advantageous.
• EU Passport is a must

Package

• Salary: Six figures +, depending on experience.
• EU Living Allowance: €28,000 per annum.
• Germany Allowance: €10,000 per annum.
• Accommodation: Provided.
• Vehicle: Company vehicle included.
• Flights: Two return flights home per month.
