SSA Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for major civil construction projects based in Germany on behalf of an established Main Contractor. The role involves delivering complex projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, programmes and budgets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will oversee day-to-day project delivery, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive progress against milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager on major construction projects.
• Previous experience with a Main Contractor is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project programming and commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience managing site teams, subcontractors and project budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within agreed timeframes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
• Previous experience working on projects in Europe is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Develop, monitor and manage construction programmes and project milestones.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Work closely with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors to monitor project costs, budgets and variations.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and programme-related issues.
• Provide regular progress reports and project updates to senior management.
